Privacy
This page describes what Attainabl collects, why, and how to make it stop. It is written to be read rather than to be legally impressive.
Draft — not yet reviewed
TKTK — this is a plain-English draft, not a reviewed policy. A privacy policy and terms must be in place before a single email address is collected (website/README.md).
What is collected
Your email address, if you give it to us for the Starter Kit or a newsletter. That is stored in MailerLite.
Whatever you type into an enquiry or application form: your name, email, role, sector, and the description of your problem.
Basic, aggregated traffic data about which pages are visited. No advertising trackers, and no attempt to identify you from it.
What it is used for
Sending you the thing you asked for.
Replying to you.
Grouping cohort applications so the room makes sense.
Occasional emails when something new is published. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and it works.
What it is never used for
Selling, renting, or sharing your details with anyone for marketing.
Advertising profiles.
Anything you did not agree to when you typed it in.
Who else can see it
The services used to run this: MailerLite for email, the booking tool for coaching sessions, the payment processor for anything paid, and the hosting provider. Each holds only the part it needs.
TKTK — name each processor explicitly once the booking tool and payment processor are chosen.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email the address in the footer and it will be done.
Unsubscribing removes you from mailings immediately. Deletion removes the record entirely.
